The chief aim of the SINERGIA project is to create and apply an environmentally-friendly
model of wine production, in order to obtain quality, environmentally-friendly
products.
To achieve this aim, a series of activities will be launched in the framework
of the project in order to obtain the following results:
• Integration of the environment in viticulture and wine production.
• Implementation of an environmentally-friendly wine production system
• Obtaining of a system for implementation that can be applied to
other products and regions
• Greater value afforded to by-products
• Environmental improvements in the use of cork, glass recycling,
rational use of fertilizers and plant-protection products, etc.
• Improvements to the procedure for grape harvesting, storage and
transportation to winery. |
