Training
This project will attempt to introduce the bulk of the viticulture and wine-producing
sector to a production system that is better for the environment. This will
be done by means of courses and conferences to educate the technicians who
will then pass on their knowledge to all agents of the sector.
Therefore, conferences and specific courses will be held for growers, technicians
and winemakers on the principles of Good Technical Viticulture and Wine-production
Practice, and on how to apply the environmentally-friendly production techniques
to vineyards and wineries. |
